It's a wild and crazy market our there, folks, and today just proves it.

Today's mortgage rate rally not only over, but it is now reversing.

When markets are good, take what you can. You never know how long it's going to last.

Update (2:16 P.M. CST):

Mortgage rates have completely given up all of their gains today. It's a roller-coaster out there!
