For non-QM mortgages, there is no seasoning requirement at a national level. But understand that many of these loans are portfolio products, which means the lender does not sell them to investors and absorbs all the risk of default. These lenders can set their own guidelines and I have seen many online with no seasoning requirement. That said, interest rates for non-QM mortgages are often higher and vary more widely That makes shopping for your new loan even more important if you want the best deal available to you.
