My son-in-law will be entering law school this fall and my daughter will be looking for employment upon arrival. She has worked continuously in her field (journalism/communications) since graduation from college 7+ years ago. They will be putting down approximately 30% and seeking a 15 year loan for a home between 200,00 - 275,000.
